Hi, Dr. BARLOW did my eyes two years ago, the time of surgery, he was suppose to redo the eyelid, etc. He did not. Dr. BARLOW offered me money, in place of REDO of eyes.
I am going to collect the money, because ptosis, never was corrected, and vision left and right was not normal after the operations. Dr. BARLOW, will please give me the money for the operation, or he can redo, as PROMISED by the contract.
